WRECKING CREW INDIAN WELLS SCREENING

Windermere's Mission
For the past 23 years, the Windermere Foundation has donated a portion of the proceeds from every home purchased or sold towards supporting low-income and homeless families in our communities. What started in 1989 as a grassroots foundation serving families in need in Washington State, has grown to encompass ten states and has raised over $22 million for programs and organizations that provide shelter, clothing, children’s programs, emergency assistance, and other services to those who need our help the most.

Raffle tickets will be sold on site for prizes, including musical items signed by Crew members and cash to benefit the Foundation.

Wrecking Crew
The story of the Los Angeles Session musicians in the 1960s that helped create so much of the classic music of that period. The film is filled with music and interviews from Brian Wilson and Al Jardine of the Beach Boys to Cher and Nancy Sinatra. They were Phil Spector's Wall of Sound as well as recording for the Elvis, The Byrds, Mamas and Papas, 5th dimension, Zappa, Tijuana Brass, and hundreds more.

This screening is a fund raiser to help raise money to pay for the licensing of this award winning documentary. Even though the film has won awards around the world, the cost of releasing this music documentary was too much for any distributor. So now we are working through the non-profit 501C International Documentary Association to help take donations.

We are privileged to have 3 of the greatest musicians of the time with us this evening; Drummer Hal Blaine, Guitarist Bill Pitman, and Pianist Don Randi
